'Real quality': a term that stands for a new, integrated, value-added concept that the foodservice business can use to adjust to modern consumer behaviour. The concept was developed by Realise, Karlsruhe, and used in the conversion of the Mövenpick Kröpcke in Hanover/Germany, which has been a flagship restaurant of the Swiss company for many years.
