Craft beer is on everyone’s lips. However, compared to the media attention that has been given in Europe to this young industry in the last few years, the actual proportion of creative brews, in terms of beer consumption as a whole, is still extremely small. In order to change this, more and more craft brewers are launching their own pubs and restaurants.
