But the restaurant experience is here to stay. Nevertheless, extensive online activities have become a must for any foodservice provider. Virtual space is becoming more and more important as a promotional arena for the restaurant trade: a crucial tool to create loyalty, trust and relevance - and, at the end of the day, 'real' visits!
